Gift Sheep Terms & Conditions

This document describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your information when You use the Service and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Gift Sheep mobile app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the app.

Use of the App

Gift Sheep grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the app for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, display, sell, lease, transmit, create derivative works from, translate, modify, reverse-engineer, disassemble, decompile or otherwise exploit the app.

User Accounts

To access certain features of the app, you may be required to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

Prohibited Conduct

• You may not use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You may not engage in any activity that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the app's functionality.
• No abuse, manipulation, or fraudulent behaviour (e.g., fake referrals, bots) is allowed.
• Any attempt to bypass the reward system or exploit vulnerabilities is strictly forbidden.

Termination

Gift Sheep reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the app at its sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these terms.

Changes to Terms

Gift Sheep reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated terms will be posted on the app. It is your responsibility to review them periodically.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Gift Sheep be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages or any loss whatsoever arising out of or connected with your use of the app.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Morocco, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or the app shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Morocco.
